Continued use of the platform after Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the latest version. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts may not be shared or used by anyone other than the registered user.

All content on the platform - including lessons, diagrams, frameworks, quizzes, and training materials - is the property of Product Decode and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may use content for personal learning purposes only. Copying, distributing, or republishing content in any form without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or data.
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Share course content externally (in violation of the Honor Code).
• Engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

The AI Literacy course is provided 100% free of charge for life. For paid courses (once officially open for sale), fees are charged as a one-time payment. We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content and have not submitted a capstone project or more than 1 quiz. Please contact us for assistance.

Product Decode provides the platform on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from learning and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, particularly the Honor Code. No refund will be issued for terminations due to violation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.
